About Us

Hi, I’m Lauren.

Growing up in northern Michigan, I would watch my mom can and preserve the abundance of crops that grew around us on the Old Mission Peninsula. With food as her love language, she would share her salsas, jams and sauces with friends and family. Over the years, I’ve carried on the tradition.

45th Parallel Provisions is named for the shared latitude of the two places that I’ve called home – Oregon and Michigan. Both locales contain the natural beauty and community that fuel and inspire me. They’re also where I’ve honed my skills in the kitchen.

Each batch of this collection is handmade with love in Central Oregon, using only the freshest of ingredients.
