Chicken Salad using 3-Pepper Relish

2-3 servings

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

½ tsp seasoning salt or table salt

1/3 cup mayo or avocado oil vegenaise

¼ cup relish

Pepper to taste

Small romaine leaves or butter lettuce

Chopped green onions for topping

Extra relish, cause it’s so tasty

Instructions

  1. Combine first five ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated.

  2. Spoon into washed lettuce boats and serve topped with green onion.
