Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

8 oz or 1 brick of cream cheese, room temp

¼ cup vegenaise or mayo

5 oz of chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained (half a frozen block)

1/3 cup candied jalapenos, chopped

½ cup shredded monterrey jack cheese

¾ cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained from excess moisture

1/3 cup diced onion

¼-1/2 tsp salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix together the cream cheese, mayo, spinach, jalapenos, brine, cheese, diced onion and salt.

  3. Once combined, stir in the chopped artichoke hearts.

  4. Scoop into a baking dish and bake in oven until slightly browned, about 30 min.
